We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, profile information (bio, location, skills, portfolio links), YouTube channel data you choose to connect, payment information (processed securely by third parties), and communications you send us. We also collect usage data automatically, including pages visited, features used, IP address, browser type, and device information.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and improve the Platform, match Talent with Creator opportunities, send important account and service notifications, process payments, respond to your enquiries, personalise your experience, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
4. YouTube Data
If you connect your YouTube channel, we access publicly available channel data (subscriber count, view count, video count, channel name, and thumbnail) via the YouTube Data API. This data is displayed on your public profile and used to verify your creator status. You can disconnect your channel at any time through your account settings. We comply with the YouTube API Services Terms of Service.
5. Cookies and Tracking
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and maintain your session. We use analytics cookies to understand how the Platform is used so we can improve it. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect some Platform functionality.
6. Data Sharing
We share data with third-party service providers who help us operate the Platform (hosting, payment processing, analytics, email delivery). Our platform is hosted on Supabase and Vercel, both of which maintain SOC 2 compliance. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Platform is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has registered, please contact us immediately.
