Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using UTubeJobs. These terms govern your use of our platform and form a legally binding agreement between you and UTubeJobs Ltd. By creating an account or using any part of our service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and accept these terms in full.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using UTubeJobs ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
UTubeJobs is a job board platform connecting YouTube content creators ("Creators") with freelancers, contractors, and employees ("Talent") in the creator economy. The Platform facilitates connections but is not a party to any employment or service agreements formed between users.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. UTubeJobs reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Content Guidelines
All job listings and profile content must be accurate, lawful, and relevant to the YouTube creator economy. You may not post misleading, fraudulent, or discriminatory content. UTubeJobs reserves the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines without notice. Users are solely responsible for the content they post.
5. Payments and Fees
Certain features of the Platform may require payment. All fees are displayed clearly before any transaction. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. UTubeJobs does not store payment card details. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in our Refund Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
The UTubeJobs platform, including its design, code, branding, and content, is owned by UTubeJobs Ltd and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of content they post but grant UTubeJobs a non-exclusive licence to display that content on the Platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
UTubeJobs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. We do not guarantee the accuracy of job listings or user profiles. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, in the past 12 months.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that should reasonably survive termination will do so.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
